About this freebie: Note that the file mode is CMYK so if you want RGB you need to make that change. It’s created in Photoshop CS4 but it's very simple and should work great in older versions of Photoshop. I used a font called Hoosker, you can pick up a flavor of it here. Of course you are welcome to use a completely different font including my own Designer Notes.
