Photoshop This Week: Top Five 07.03.09

Aliens are hear among us! Or is that just a talented Photoshop user and a fun hoax? Check out item number one to decide. The other items this week a fun too especially item number four which taught me something new about Photoshop. As usual, I post this list each week. That’s right, each and every week! If you find it interesting, make sure and check out my past and future editions. Subscribe to this blog’s RSS feed – and don’t hesitate to let me know if I missed something!

  1. Alien invasion or viral blitz? (creature washes up on Long Island): Is this a crazy Photoshop hoax or what? There’s more alien story here too.
  2. Worldwide Photo Walk - Check Logins and Pages: Great video for Worldwide Photo Walk participants. I found this handy since this will be my first Photo Walk.
  3. How to fill an empty bottle with water in Photoshop: This is a very detailed tutorial that will advance and/or sharpen your Photoshop skills. Plus you’ll have a cool graphic when you’re done.
  4. Masking Multiple Layers: And I thought I knew everything about Photoshop. This is a super cool masking options I was not aware of. I tested and it works like a charm. Read Julieanne Kost’s short description and give it a try.
  5. GridIron Flow now shipping: I had a chance to join the GridIron Flow launch webinar earlier this week. Check out the video. This looks like a very interesting product. Maybe a but pricy but I can’t say that for sure until I give it a try. One thing I’m a bit concerned about is if the behind the scenes process of Flow will have an impact on over all Creative Suite performance. If you want to know more check out this video.

Do you like this week’s list? Did I miss anything? Post your additions here. Got something for next week? Email me and let me know.
