  1. Milton Glaser on drawing: Maybe we need to give up our digital tools and pick up some graphite once in a while. Brilliant designer Milton Glaser talks about the power of drawing for himself. Thanks to John Nack for calling this video out.
  2. 25+ Super Useful Paper Textures: Very useful elements for grunge and textured designs. If you don’t have time to wade through these images and want to worked with paper textures quickly you should take a look at our sister site’s royalty free Distressed Paper Photoshop brushes product.
  3. Google Image Swirl: Google has launched an interactive lab project that is a similar image explorer. The web app is using the wonder wheel Flash visualization. How does it work? Enter a query, like “elephant” and you are shown a image in that “swirl”.
